Structure

The structure stands in what it is called “The Salotto of Naples” one of the most chic and suggestive areas of the city, near the famous Lungomare Caracciolo, the Villa Comunale and the shopping streets and trendy clubs. We are a guest house in a condominium located in Vicolo Cappella Vecchia and the apartment is located on the eighth floor with a lift and inside the apartment there are 3 rooms named: Pizzofalcone, Floridiana and Sant'Elmo.

Staying with us will be like immersing yourself in the Neapolitan reality with its beauties, its fun and superstitions.

The common area includes a refreshment corner and a snack table for pleasant moments of relaxation in the morning.

PIZZOFALCONE

Camera Superior

Family room with two separate areas: a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom for the boys.

It has a large window with a panoramic view of the city, more precisely on the Pizzofalcone district (hence the name) and an INTERNAL BATHROOM.

Pizzofalcone, like all the other rooms, it is recently refurbished in a Minimal Chic style with designer furnishings and neutral colors. The yellow of the sun illuminates some furnishing details such as pillows and quilts. Do not miss the streak of superstition that distinguishes us Neapolitans characterized by the Neapolitan red horn with the mask of Pulcinella, symbol of prosperity, power and fertility.

FLORIDIANA

Deluxe Double Room

The Floridiana room is spacious and bright with a large window with a panoramic view of the city. It has a PRIVATE INTERNAL BATHROOM with a large windowed shower area.

Renovated in a Minimal Chic style with designer furnishings and neutral colors. The blue of the sea bathes some furnishing details such as pillows and quilts. SAN TELMO

Standard Double Room

The Sant’Elmo room is the only one to enjoy a small terrace with a panoramic view of the city, more precisely on the hill of Castel Sant’Elmo (hence the name). Unfortunately, it is also the only one to have a BATHROOM OUTSIDE the room but absolutely PRIVATE, FOR EXCLUSIVE USE (guests will find a dedicated key in the room).

Renovated in a Minimal Chic style with designer furnishings and neutral colors. The red of the Neapolitan passion is poured on some furnishing details such as pillows and quilts.
