After checking the availability of the dates and viewing the accommodation rate, proceeding with the booking confirmation you will find all the details, additional services and costs.
Book now and pay later
it will be enough to pay the 30% as a deposit to confirm the reservation. The balance will be charged on the day of arrival. You only need to provide us with your credit card number as a guarantee.
Cancellation is free until 7 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit paid will be fully refunded. If not, will be withheld from the property as a penalty.
In case of special circumstances, the property reserves the right to manage the cancellation policy differently.
GENERAL INFORMATIONS
The overnight stay in the apartment is intended with breakfast excluded and with free use of the kitchen and all appliances included.
THE BASE RAT INCLUDES:
water, luce, air conditioning, towels and sheets with a second change for nights longer than 7 days. All children under the age of 3 years do not pay if they sleep in their parents' bed. A cot is available and free only on request to be made at the time of booking or before arrival.

The tourist tax
Dal 1 april to 31 October. the Municipality of Sorrento will introduce the tourist tax applied to overnight stays by non-residents, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. To the boys up to 18 years the city tax per person per night does not apply. The funds raised will help the Municipality improve the quality of tourist services and will finance works aimed at maintaining them, to the use and recovery of the city's cultural heritage.
The fee must be paid in cash on site.
The cleaning service
The final cleaning fee must be paid separately at the time of booking and has a fixed flat rate of € 50 to stay.
The flats
They can accommodate up to 4 people. The basic rate includes 2 people, each additional person will pay € 15 per day.
